CRI developed the Integrated Bank of Projects (IBP) software for Uganda's Public Investment Management. This web-based system centralizes and manages public investment projects, integrating budgeting with the project development cycle, tailored to Uganda's unique institutional structure.

Between March 2017 and 2018, CRI developed the Integrated Bank of Projects (IBP) software database to support Public Investment Management (PIM) in Uganda. IBP is a web-based software system that ties together the budgeting function with the project development cycle and institutional processes and procedures to enable governments to centrally and effectively manage its portfolio of public investment projects. The IBP software was uniquely developed and tailored to the institutional structure and process peculiar to Uganda.
