TL;DR
CRI developed national economic parameters and conversion factors for project evaluation in Ghana, including EOCK, FEP, NTP, and CSCFs for over 5000 commodities. A web-based software database was also created to facilitate access and use by project analysts and stakeholders in Ghana.

CRI developed National Parameters for use in the evaluation of projects in the Republic of Ghana; these included the Economic Opportunity Cost of Capital (EOCK), Foreign Exchange Premium (FEP), and the Premium on Non-Tradable Outlays (NTP). CRI also estimated the economic prices and Commodity Specific Conversion Factors (CSCFs) for over 5000 tradable commodities and ten non-tradable commodities.

To facilitate the ease of access and use of the National Parameters and CSCFs, CRI also developed a web-based software database through which project analysts and other stakeholders can utilize this vital source of key project assumptions and parameters.
