CRI provided technical assistance to Zimbabwe's Ministry of Finance (MoFED) for two years (2016-2018). The project focused on developing institutional and legal infrastructure for public investment management, including guidelines, manuals, and support for assessing the Joint Ventures Bill.

During a two year period (2016 to 2018), CRI provided technical assistance to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED) in Zimbabwe to develop the institutional and legal infrastructure and procedures required to effectively and efficiently manage its portfolio of public investment projects. The technical support provided to the MoFED also included the development of the public investment guidelines, a procedural manual and a number of sectoral appraisal manuals; all of which were aimed at assisting government officials to better manage public investment projects. CRI also assisted the MoFED in assessing the Joint Ventures Bill.
