The overall objective of the project was to provide a framework and carry out the assessment of energy efficiency programs in the region. Specifically, the project includes the technical, financial and economic assessment of energy efficiency projects targeting mainly public lighting, refrigerators, air conditioners and water heaters. The core output of the project includes a CBA model and report and a capacity-building session with stakeholders.
