Dr. Glenn P. Jenkins is the Founder and President of Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He is a leading expert in the fields of public finance and policy, investment appraisal and economic development; and has published sixteen books and over a hundred articles. Dr. Jenkins has over forty years of experience consulting with governments across the globe, multilateral and development agencies, and private sector institutions. To date, he has served as an economic advisor to over 25 governments and 10 international development agencies.

Dr. Jenkins is the former Assistant Deputy Minister of Tax Policy and Legislation in the Department of Finance for the Government of Canada. He is a world-renowned economist and academician. He is an Emeritus Fellow of Institute for International Development, Harvard University and a Professor of Economics at Queen’s University, Canada and Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. In 1985 he founded the Program on Investment Appraisal and Management, a Capacity Building Program that focuses on developing expertise in Public Investment Management and Investment Appraisal.

His educational background includes a B. Com. in Economics from Carleton University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Mikhail Miklyaev is the Lead Associate at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He has extensive experience in public investment management (PIM), investment appraisal, fiscal analysis and tax administration. He has led several multilateral donor-funded projects, of note being; PIM technical assistance missions in Ghana, Haiti, Mozambique, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe, as well as the appraisal and evaluation of USAID and World Bank funded investments in agriculture, power, water, health and infrastructure.

Dr. Miklyaev is the Program Manager of the Program on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis, a capacity building program aimed at developing expertise in PIM and Investment Appraisal that is facilitated by CRI in conjunction with Queen’s University, Canada. He has broad experience in building the capacities of government and donor agencies’ officials in over a dozen countries worldwide.

Dr. Miklyaev holds a Ph.D. in Finance and holds and B.Sc. in Information Technology and an MBA from Eastern Mediterranean University.

Dr. George Kuo is a Senior Fellow at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He is an authority in public finance and specializes in tax policy and reforms. Dr. Kuo has vast experience and has worked as a consultant on issues of tax reform in Belize, the Dominican Republic, Ghana, Guyana, Indonesia, Nepal, Taiwan, Tanzania, Ukraine and Vietnam. In addition, he was an advisor to the Government of the People’s Republic of China. In this capacity he assisted the government in its quest to improve tax surveys of enterprises, measure tax capacity and develop models for tax policy simulations.

Dr. Kuo is also an investment appraisal expert and has over twenty years of experience consulting on issues concerned with project appraisal. Not only has he appraised big-ticket projects such as the Buenos-Aires-Colonia Bridge and the Andean Highway Passes Program, he has published numerous articles in leading economic journals on topics related to investment appraisal and tax policy.

He is a recipient of a B.A and an M.A in Economics from the National Taiwan University; and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Dr. Hatice Jenkins is a Development Finance Expert at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. Her fields of expertise are bank risk management, credit analysis and lending, small business finance, microfinance, and SME banking. She has over twenty-five years of consulting experience and has worked with a number of international organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, UNIDO, UNDP and USAID on developmental finance issues.

Dr. Jenkins is the Director of the Program on Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Growth (FIPEG) and a Senior Fellow of the John Deutsch International Executive Programs in the Department of Queen’s University Canada. She is also a Professor of Finance in the Department of Banking and Finance at Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. Dr. Jenkins has facilitated capacity building programs in Cyprus, Egypt, France, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Nigeria, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka; on a host of finance- related issues.

Dr. Jenkins holds a B.Sc. in Management from Middle East Technical University, Turkey, an M.Sc. in Economic Development from the University of Keele, UK, and a Ph.D. in Development Finance from the University of Bradford, UK.

Mrs. Fereshteh Pourmohammadi is the Financial Manager at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. For over seven years, she has managed the accounts and finances of CRI, handling tasks such as client billing, payroll and banking. Mrs. Pourmohammadi oversees the preparation of tax returns, financial statements and reports, as well as budgeting and financial planning and analysis.

Mrs. Pourmohammadi holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. She also holds a Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis from Queen’s University, Canada, and an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Sharity Technical and Vocational University, Iran.

Dr. Hasan Ulas Altiok is a Senior Economist at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. His areas of expertise are public finance, investment appraisal and project finance. His work in public finance is focused on sustainable pension systems and public sector budgeting, while in the field of investment appraisal and project finance, he has broad experience in electricity, water and transportation projects.

Dr. Altiok is a Senior Lecturer of the Program on Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis (PIAR). In this position he has helped build the capacity of numerous government and donor agencies’ officials. He has wide-ranging experience lecturing in a number of countries across the globe, among which are; Azerbaijan, Ghana, Haiti, South Africa, Uganda, and Zambia. Dr. Altiok also serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Banking and Finance at Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University.

Dr. Abdallah Othman is a Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He is highlyproficient in the areas of accounting, finance, and investment appraisal. He has conducted the financialand economic appraisal of a number ofpublic and private sector projects. Furthermore, he has played akey role in the development of the national parameters in Ghana and Mozambique, which are crucial tothe evaluation of the economic feasibility of public investment projects.

Dr. Othman is an experienced lecturer and has been involved in various capacity building missions with a number of governments and international development agencies such as the Arab Administrative Development Organization. 

Dr. Othman holds a Ph.D. in Finance at Eastern Mediterranean University and a M.Sc. in Finance from the International University of Malaysia. He is a recipient of the certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada. 

Ms. Aidah Nanyonjo is a Consultant at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. She is a key resource person focused on investment appraisal and public investment management (PIM). In her tenor at CRI, she has been instrumental in coordinating technical assistance missions on PIM reforms in a number of countries in Africa. Ms. Nanyonjo also has experience in the development of the Integrated Bank of Projects (IBP) software, which is a key element used in PIM systems to manage and evaluate public investment projects. She played a critical role in the development of the Government of Uganda’s IBP system.

Ms. Nanyonjo also contributes to capacity building initiatives and has helped boost the capacity of government officials in Uganda and Zambia in the areas of investment appraisal and PIM.

Ms. Nanyonjo holds a B.A. in Development Economics from Makerere University, Uganda, and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. She also holds a certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada.

Mr. Precious Paul Adesina is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He is a highly skilled financial modeller with expertise in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis. He has appraised and evaluated numerous public sector projects and has a keen interest in investment projects in agriculture and water and sanitation infrastructure. Mr. Adesina is experienced in the area of Public Investment Management (PIM). He has played an instrumental role in the provision of technical assistance on PIM reforms in Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Mr. Adesina holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), North Cyprus. He was also awarded a minor Bachelor of Science in International Finance from EMU. He is a recipient of a certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada.

Dr. Hesami is a Senior Analyst in Public Financial Management. His specialization is in the evaluation of the potential impacts and advantages of digital interventions within the scope of public administration. Furthermore, he possesses expertise in streamlining tax systems and assessing the implications of emerging technologies in the field of public administration. He is also a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in accounting and finance at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Owotomiwa Christiana Olubamiro is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resource International (CRI). She is proficient and highly active in the fields of Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), tax analysis and policy. Notably, she has carried out CBAs of tax administration reforms in Finland, as well as CBAs of tax incentives in Serbia and Ethiopia.

Ms. Olubamiro also possesses expertise in conducting integrated investment appraisals of infrastructure projects. She has conducted financial and economic appraisals of several public projects in the transportation and water sectors. Additionally, she has participated in providing technical assistance on public investment management and capacity-building for government officials in the Philippines, Ghana, and Ethiopia.

Ms. Olubamiro holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), North Cyprus. She also holds a Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada.

Ms. Veronica Giwashi Maigida is a Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resource International (CRI) Inc. She has specialized on cost-benefit analysis of agrobusiness and water rehabilitation and expansion projects. 

Ms. Maigida holds a B.A. in Business Administration, and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. She also holds a certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada. 

Mr. David Shobowale is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. He specializes in the analyses of energy projects. He has also evaluated the sustainability of public sector agricultural policies. 

Mr. Shobowale holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), North Cyprus. He also holds a Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada. 

Mr. Osaid Alshamleh is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resource International (CRI) Inc. He is proficient and highly active in the field of tax policy and Cost-benefit analysis. He has participated in the analysis and designing of governmental tax systems including the excise tax system in Ethiopia, the analysis of the VAT and excise tax systems in Belize, and the digitalization of VAT systems. 

Mr. Alshamleh is also experienced in the field of Cost-Benefit analysis. He conducted the financial and economic appraisals of several public projects in the transportation and agricultural sectors. Moreover, he participated in the development of the Ethiopian national parameters. He is also an experienced lecturer in the field of financial and economic appraisals and modelling where he lectured at Cyprus international university and other training programs. 

He holds a B.A. In Accounting from An-Najah National University and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. He also holds a certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada.  

Ludovic is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc. His areas of expertise are investment appraisal and project finance. He has previously worked in the private sector and at the African Development Bank Group in Abidjan Cote D’ Ivoire.  

Ludovic is currently a PhD candidate in Economics at Eastern Mediterranean University. He holds a Master of Science in Advanced Economics and Finance from the Copenhagen Business School. He further holds a Graduate Certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen’s University, Canada. He is Fluent in French and English. 

Ridha Drebika is an Economic/Financial Analyst at Cambridge Resources International (CRI) Inc., adept in financial modeling and investment appraisal. Ridha's commitment to excellence allows him to analyze financial data with precision and deliver valuable insights.  

He holds a Master of Sc. and a B.Sc. in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University. Ridha's academic foundation is complemented by his certificate in Investment Appraisal and Project Finance from Queen's University, Canada.
